yes..its a word.. first time i heard this word is in talk show Qi at BBC. The woman tried to guess what word did Thomas Edison created. she said Floccinaucinihilipilification. which is wrong. Thomas Edison was created other word that we use almost every day. HELLO. simple isnt it?

I dont want to talk about HELLO (maybe later). Today I want to talk about Floccinaucinihilipilification. 29 letters and it is one of the longest non-technical word in Oxford dictionary.

From wikipedia.. this word made from 4 short words:

* flocci facere (from floccus, -i a wisp or piece of wool)
* nauci facere (from naucum, -i a trifle)
* nihili facere (from nihil, -i nothing; something valueless (lit. "not even a thread" from ni+hilum))
* pili facere (from pilus, -i a hair; a bit or a whit; something small and insignificant)

all of these 4 words show something that worthless, small and valueless..
I guess we can start to practice using this word from now on.

32nd Bon Odori 2008

Wow!!! its been 2 years since I last updated my blog... lamanya...
okie..keep it short..I'll try to update my blog, since I'm working now, and have a time during night.

Last Saturday, there was Japanese Festival Bon Odori held at Mashushita Stadium, Section 21, Shah Alam. The gate was opened at 5pm at the opening ceremonies which was drum performance started at 7pm.



Check out this free fan.

A lot of japanese food including sushi, takoyaki and japanese ice cream were sell in this festival.

The main event is Bon Odori dance. Mereka akan menari dalam bulatan dgn mengikut tarian tertentu. Sungguh menarik dan simple je tarian tu. Ramai orang yang ikut menari sama. Ramai gak yg pakai yukata masa hari tu. Thanks to my friend, Marina yang ajak pegi Bon Odori Festival.



Lihat uncle ini, he was trying to sell chicken burger (I guess. Suasana macam dlm drama jepun bila dorang trying so hard to sell stuff. Cara dorang cukup menarik dan sopan.


Is'nt she so cute? Penat parent die layan org ramai yg amik pic anak die.. but for sure their daughter is so damn cute. Tembam, rasa mcm nak cubit pipi tu.

Tour De Italia (30/03/2006-5/4/2006) - part 2

yeah!!! aku curi lagi masa aku pasal nak sambung tulih ni...ehehe!!! project report pun dah antar last thursday...so I'm quite free now...not so free la...still have ton works to do...but hell yeah...I have to write this tour before I forget about it..


sambung balik citer...lepas mlm tu tak tido berapa sgt...pagi tu lebih kurang kul 6 am lepas solat subuh..aku terus check in..pasl flight around kul 7.30am waktu UK.. naik RyanAir..ala2 AirAsia le...small plane..1st time naik mmg gayat abih...masa naik tu lain mcm..aku naik masa dtg UK tak le terasa lain sgt...fahmi die duk sebelah aku ckp mmg mcm ni rasa bila naik small flight..dlm tu kalu nk makan or minum kena byr..so utk mengambil langkah berjimat cermat..aku pun tak beli ape2...eheheh...dah le tak makan ape2 mlm tu..bagus sungguh..wheather that day was clear...cantik..dapat tgk awan..aku duk sebelah tingkap..

sampai kat Roma lebih kurang kul 11.20 am...journey flight tu about 2 hours...masa di Italy tambah 1 jam dari UK..(GMT +1).. sampai je..masyaAllah..panas gila..beza sgt kat UK yg memanjang sejuk je..tgk patutla around 20deg C...sampai2 terus melilau cari bas nak ke Roma Termini (rome big station)..so dpt le naik bas ..kena byr lebih kurang 8 euros...ok le..bole tahan gak mahal yer.. dlm perjalanan tu..Rome is same like KL...flat house...kete ngan moto bawak mcm gila...same like malaysia..but the worst is almost all buildings full with tulisan2 yg bodo...nak kata graffity...buruk sgt rupe yer...

sampai roma termini..kena le naik metro..tapi metro die paling haprak le dlm metro yg aku penah naik..aku ikut ckp Wilson (my classmate who went to Rome before..die ckp tak yah beli tiket..terus je naik..aku pun selamba ckp ngan geng...tak yah beli tiket..terus naik je metro..so ngan selamba badak...kitorang naik tanpa tiket..mmg betui..their staff never check for ticket..WTF??? abih tu..how they get profit if there are no ticket sell...pelik2...ITULAH..JAUH PERJALANAN..LUAS PEMANDANGAN..

tapi sampai kat station metro yg aku lupa nama die..terus cari bas ke Hostel Fabulous.. rupaye ticket metro ngan bus same...so we bought the ticket..and show to driver...but we kept it..incase nak naik metro nanti...from bus station ..it took about 20 minutes to Hostel Fabulous...dah sampai tgk Hostel Fabulous mcm chalet...dlm mcm kawasan yg cantik..tenang...murah...tak rugi amik kat sini..staff die plak fasih ckp English..so we didnt had problem to communicate with them le.. different when I was in paris..harap muka lawa..english die..anak buah aku amirul lagi terer kot...tih tih tih!!!

oh ya...bilik tu lengkap ngan tandas..bilik mandi..2 katil double decker...sampai je terus mandi..rehat2...kitorang sampai lebih kurang kul 2 pm..

Seperti yg dijanjikan..inilah masa yg ditunggu- tunggu oleh byk pihak...tih tih tih!!! aku terpaksa mencuri masa skit utk tulih catatan perjalanan or should I call it tour de Italia... tour kali ni dianggotai 4 org....termasuk aku...lee..fahmi (cardiff) and fahmi (belfast)...kesimpulan tour ni nanti aku tulih...


PART 1 - hari rabu (29/03/2006)

pagi tu aku bersiap2...packed whatever important...passport sume... before that aku dah tanya a few of my friends about italy ni... dan jawapan yg sama aku dpt.. pencopet ramai gila..so for safety..mmg kali ni aku berhati2 gila le berbeza ngan aku pegi ke paris or scotland..but that trip pun aku berhati2 gak..cuma kali ni extra carefull je...eheheh!! memandangkan si aifa pinjam cap aku tak pulangkan lagi..hampeh die... so terpaksa le aku beli cap baru..beli cap GAP je..ala2 askar skit..wakakak!!! dan geng2 yg penah italy sume suggest gi florence... kalu ikut plan asal.. ROMA - PISA - VENICE...tapi masih lagi nak tunggu persetujuan geng2 lain..

aku gerak dari hall naik bas kul 1 lebih.. bus National Express to London kul 2.45pm.. reach london between 5.15 to 5.30pm.. dorang ni kira punctual le..tak mcm malaysia tau...eheheh!!! ok dlm bas tu...sekali member aku, Lynn budak london call Lee pasal tiket nak ke Luton Airport..die tanya nape le tak tipon die utk uruskan benda mcm tu..so kitornag suruh le die book.. lepas tu Fahmi(cardiff) dah sampai MSD london and ajak kitorang pegi lepak msd..pekena teh tarik.. so aku sampai trus gerak gi MSD ngan angkut beg yg berat...dah le tiket Tube dah naik jadi 3 pound one way ticket.. so we bought day trip ticket..5 pound je..puas hati..

lepak kat MSD tu..jumpa Fahmi ngan Lynn..last2 Lynn belanja teh tarik... tak hape..tak sedap pun...baik aku je buat..lepas tu Lynn hantar kat stesen bas utk ke Luton Airport..kitoang naik easybus kot..aku pun lupa la nama bus tu.. on the way gi airport..fahmi belfast dah sampai dari ireland... dah sampai tu airport tu..dah tak tau nak buat ape..sampai kul 9pm..our flight next morning at 7.30am... rancang nak tido le..tapi biasak aaa aku..payah nak tido tempat mcm tu...fahmi belfast plak dpt nasik kari ikan dari Lynn..so kena bahan je laa die...wakakaka!!!

fahmi cardiff pinjam sleeping bag aku..siap berdengkur mamat ni..Lee ngan Fahmi belfast tido jap je..aku lak jaga le beg..at the same time aku lelap skit... tapi aku sume bangun lebih kurang kul 4 lebih... prepare sume...then check lebih kurang kul 6 pagi...

so this my second time naik flight...and my 1st time naik flight kecik...gerun seh.. ok le...end of part 1...

Easter Holiday again!!!

pergh..lama gila aku ak update...busy for 3rd year.... ekekekek!!! busy le konon...

sepanjang hampir 6 bulan aku tak update ni...nothing much to talk about... cuma project je laa.. nak tau project aku ape..nanti..bila aku dah siap report..aku terangkan sume...

skang ni aku cuti...next wednesday aku akan ke rome..pisa dan venice..6 days tour non stop.. 2 nights sleep in the train... so it might tired a lil bit...but of course la..kata nak EUROTRIP... urm.. aku pegi ngan Lee, Fahmi dan Fahmi..( 2 org fahmi...wakakak!!!)

ok le...thats all for now...aku nak pikir tulih report...ade idea kasitau aku...ehehehhe!!!

Setelah membaca selama 10 hari..kelmarin..abih gak buku Harry Potter yg baru..sad ending..3 buku terakhir J.K.R sume sad ending eventhough 3 buku awal tuh sume happy ending..buku ke 4..cedric mati..buku 5..sirius mati..dan yg ni..Dumbledore plak mati..yg paling sakit hati..Snape yg bunuh...lepas abih tuh..aku trus sambung balik baca novel The Da Vinci COde yg aku tergantung baca tuh..

Novel thriller..tak banyak yg aku nak citer...pasal aku pun baru baca 50 ms terawal..nanti kalu aku ade masa aku citer ler..aku pun tak tau nak citer ape..at least aku sihat kat sini..so..sape2 yg rindukan aku tuh..jgn risau.muhahahahahhaha!!!!!!!

A'kum...akhiryer setelah aku menunggu selama 5 bulan..since aku buat pre-order kat amazon for Harry Potter and Half Blood Prince pada january lepas...sabtu lepas aku dpt buku itu pada 1st day release..tarikh release buku ni pada 16th july pukul 12a.m..secara official J.K Rowling membuat pelancaran kat Edinburgh Castle, Scotland yg ade live kat tv...J.K Rowling juga sempat membacakan chapter 6 dan secara official yer buku tu dilancarkan...dan aku terima buku tuh pada kul 12pm...

muhehehehe..terus aku baca..so..aku citer kan skit ape yg terjadi pada Chapter 1 and 2..

Selepas kejadian pecah masuk org2 voldemort..bella dan lucius utk curi philosophy tuh..tapi dorang gagal..citer ni ditulis dlm buku ke 5 ( Harry Potter and The order Of Phoenix )..selepas kejadian tuh..Lucius Malfoy telah dipenjara di Azkaban.. Sirius Black plak dibunuh oleh Bella..cousin die sendiri yg merupakan Death Eaters ( org kuat Voldermort )..minister Fudge telah meletakkan jawatan..dan diambil oleh Rufus... dimana 2 org ni met the prime minister to give a warn pasal hal jambatan runtuh disebabkan Death Eaters..dan org kuat minister of magic pun terbunuh..yg menguruskan hal Law of Magic..lupa plak nama pompuan tuh...die ni jadi hakim masa harry kena soal siasat masa buku ke 5...pompuan tuh dipercayai dibunuh oleh Death Eaters di rumah die...nanti aku check nama pompuan tuh...

Starting Chapter 2...Bellatrix dan adik die Narcissa (bini Lucius Malfoy..mak kepada Draco Malfoy).. dtg ke rumah...jeng jeng jeng!!!! rumah Prof Snape...masa jumpa si Snape ni..Bella mmg tak percaya si Snape ni..die tuduh kenapa tak selamatkan voldermort masa sume kejadian tuh..dan Snape ngan selamba ckp die undercover dan menyamar utk mencari kelemahan Dumbledore... (cilakak sama itu Snape !!) patut le die panggil Voldermort tuh Dark Lord ( hanya geng Death Eaters yg panggil Dark Lord ) dan Lord Voldermort pun percaya kat snape ni..thats why die tak bunuh Snape dan suruh Snape teruskan penyamaran..Narcissa mintak bantuan Snape supaya jaga keselamatan anak die Draco Malfoy yg ditugaskan oleh Voldermort dlm satu misi rahsia..(still tak tau lagi ape die misi yer)..dan Snape telah berjanji dan sanggup utk membuat "Unbreakable Vow" ( magic utk bersumpah..)

Summer Holiday!!!

A'kum...
bertemu kembali..exam aku abih last week..so secara automatic bermula le summer holiday yg panjang gila..baru 2 minggu cuti ni pun aku dah bored abih...tgh sibuk mencari keje..kalu ade rezeki dpt le keje..ape yg aku nak tulih pun aku tak tau..aku dah lama tak update blog ni..iyer aaa sibuk ngan project..final exam...last month was my busy time..nak antar assignment yg berlambak2..rover project..at the same time have to study for final exam...so cuti start ni..bole rilex..aku pun dah dpt supervisor for my final project next sem..Dr. Steve Dodd..lecturer yg best..very friendly..

by the way..probably I'm not go back to malaysia during summer holiday this year cos I'm broke now..muahahah..padan muka..ihhiih..so I try to find a job now to earn some money for my summer trip akan dtg..argh..tensen pun ade.ramai yg balik..cilakak aifa..die pun balik..ahad ni..chait..tinggal le aku ngan lee..tak abih jantan tuh..muahahaha..ape nak buat kan..aku tipon mesia tadik..ramai sepupu aku kawin this year..jodoh durian runtuh le kot..muahahahah...bagus2..benda baik tak usah dilengah2kan..adei...ape aku nak tulih lagi ni yerkk..

hari selalsa tgk mr n mrs smith..not bad..action mcm biasa..yg best citer ni..script die..lawak..ditambah plak muka si brad pitt yg lawak tuh..teringat aku dlm cite ocean 11 n 12..partner with george clooney..angelina plak mmg hot dlm citer ni..lawa rambut die..brunette..tuh yg aku tergoda tuh..hari khamis plak layan batman begin..mcm biasa je citer ni..takde yg best sgt..i mean tak le sehebat yg aku baca kat magazine..

Sambung episode yg lepas..mcm drama bersiri plak..muahahah

Atas sebab nak jln kota york ni lama skit..we had decided to extend to send the rent car esok hari yer..Masa jln2 tuh terpikir le lepas gi york nak gi mane lak..kalu ikut plan asal mmg kena balik, entah mane idea kuar, kitorang nak singgah london, just for want take a shower, brehat skit then nak gerak ke Bath. So lee pun bawak ler kete..singgah kat Mcd services makan nasi beryani yg we all tapau kat york tadik..lepas tuh lee pulun kete tuh dari situ kul 7 sampai ler london kul 11.30..gilo mamat tuh bawak..so kitorang terus gi umah lynn kawan zul ngan lee.. lepak makan kat situ..dah le masak tomyam, ikan masin..aku bedal tak hingat punye..muahahaha!! lepas tuh tido 2 jam...kul 5 pagi terus berangkat gi Bath..sampai sane kul 7am..gilo tak? awal pagi buta jln2..

1st tempat kitorng gi..university of Bath then pegi cressent building..building ni bentuk U tuh yg unik tuh..then kitorang jln2 then breakfast nasi goreng yg lynn masak..thanks lynn..ade ape2 ker ni? muahahaha..!! lepas tuh kitorang gi Roman Bath..tempat mandi air panas yg org rome buat..urm..mmg tempat lama..but this place is the best air panas die..nak beli die punye sourvenier..tak hengat punye harga..malas aku nak beli aa..then we go for lunch kat restoran indian yg halal..murah ler..pekena lauk india..sedap wooo..siap ice cream lagik..hik hikhik!!

tempat last kitorang pegi dan mengakhiri tour kitorang..sudah tentu Stonehedge!!! masuk adelah percuma disebabkan dah daftar sebagai ahli club heritage..dah save duit dah oii..amik pic tak hingat..but before nak pegi tuh..sempat la kami menyesatkan jalan..muahahhaha!!! tapi sume lapang kat kawasan situ..takde ape..yg ade cuma batu besar gilo punye..berat batu tuh..ihhihihihi..17 gajah..terkujat aku membaca yer..batu ni dah lama kat sini..udah beribu taun lama yer..batu ni dah ade kat sini since before roman arrive lagik..

kitorang pun balik lepas tuh...singgah kat town beli nasik..lapar maa..aku balik..makan..mandi..check email..then terus tido..sedar2 esok aku bangun kul 9 lebih..bole tahan aku tido yerk..hihhhihi..ok chaow..

Tour UK 2

Pagi esokye,...kitorang gerak menuju ker inverness...dlm perjalanan tuh kitorang lalu Loch(tasik yg luas yer mcm laut)..ade byk Loch yg kita lalu..tapi Loch Ness merupakan Loch yg paling popular pasal kat situ ade citer pasal gergasi tasik yg nama Nessie..panjang Loch Ness ni 34km dan dalam tasik ni surprise surprise..lebih kurang 400-500 meter dlm..ihihhihihi..no wonder kalu ade gergasi dlm yer..tapi before that kitorang gi ke isle of skye..sepanjang jalan tuh kitorang sempat bergambar dekat kawasan gunung ganang yg ade salji dan lawa..tapi tak pegi pun island tuh..cuma sampai kat satu perhentian..lepas tuh kitorang terus gi inverness..rancang nak gi ben navis puncak tertinggi kat uk..tapi masa tidak mengizinkan...makan plak kat mcD..filet-o-fish laa dah tak jumpa kedai halal..bedal yg tuh jer laa..kesian kat mas die drive dari glasglow-inverness- ediburgh..satu hari die drive..kitorang singgah balik ke edinburgh pasal nak beli short glass hard rock cafe..ihhiihhi..lepas tuh aku drive dari edinburgh ke york..tapi sampai kat newcastle kot..aku dah ngantuk gila..so berenti mandi..tido jap..tukar driver ngan lee...die drive..

sampai satu kawasan die dah tak larat..die berenti..kitorang tido kat services..sampai kul 8 pagi..zul drive ke york...masa tuh mmg penat pun..tapi at least ade tido ski..bandar ork mmg le lawa..terkenal ngan jajahan rome dan viking..bandar ni kecik tapi padat ngan tinggalan sejarah..ok ler..aku nak tido.esok ade klas pagi..nanti aku upload pc yer..tunggu..
